This Google Chrome Extension removes the annoyingly repeated Promoted Tweets that always stay at the top of new Twitter search results.   Get the extension here.

I figure it is fair enough for Twitter to put the promoted tweet in front of you once when you first search for something, but when clicking on the 'x new tweets' button, the promoted tweets stay at the top of the search results, making it hard for the eye to quickly pick up the new tweets in the search results.

This extension sets a jQuery rule on the promoted tweet element, hiding it.
